Sales Manager

Location: Sebastian, FL

ChoZen Retreat is seeking a dynamic, experienced and leadership driven Sales Manager with a passion for eco tourism, wellness hospitality, and corporate retreats, as well as weddings and special events sales for boutique luxury properties. This position offers the flexibility of being remote, hybrid, or in-person in Miami, Sebastian, or close to ChoZen Retreat. The ideal candidate will be based within a 2 hour drive of Sebastian, FL but this is not mandatory.  Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience and location, consisting of a base salary plus commissions and success bonuses.
