- Experience the Sonic Temple: Be enveloped in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other sound healing instruments, clearing energetic blockages and restoring harmony to your being.
- Reflect and Integrate: Take time for guided journaling to reflect on your experiences and insights, anchoring your intentions for the lunar cycle ahead.
- Join in Closing Circle: Share final thoughts and blessings in a collective energy space, sealing your intentions and carrying the New Moon's magic into your life.
